Much like our hostas, we pot some of our daylilies. Also, we have a large number of cultivars lined out in the field ready to be dug and planted directly into your garden. You either pick them up or we can send them to you bare root, by mail.
Explanation of plant descriptions An asterisk (*) following the cultivar’s name, depicts the cultivars are tetraploid having double the chromosomes of a diploid. This is followed by the hybridizer’s name and year the daylily was introduced.
- Next is the scape height followed by bloom time,
(E = early, M = mid, La = late)(Re = re-bloom).
- Flower diameter in inches
- And last foliage type
(Dor = Dormant, Sev = Semi evergreen, Evr = Evergreen).
- Fr = Fragrant, Ext = Extended Bloom, Noc = Nocturnal
